地方行业特色高校工科人才培养模式探讨——以江西理工大学为例 被引量:2

摘要 面对工程教育发展的新形势和工科人才培养的新要求,学校积极响应“新工科”建设,深入探讨行业特色工科人才培养改革,构建了“产教融合、校企协同、个性培养、多元发展”的工科人才培养路径。深入实践“两个面向、三个结合、四条路径”工科人才培养新体系,有效解决了地方高校工科专业设置与区域产业发展需求脱节,人才培养路径单一,工科人才培养的实践教学不足,工程实践能力弱化,人才培养与企业需求脱节等问题。 Faced with the new situation of engineering education development and the new requirements for the engineering talent training, the college actively responded to the construction of "new engineering", discussed in depth the reform of engineering talents with industry characteristics, and constructed the training path of engineering talents by "integrating production and education, collaborating college and enterprises, by personalized training and diversified development." The in-depth practice of the "two-oriented, three-in-one, four-path" new engineering talent training system, effectively solved such problems as a disconnection between the engineering majors in local colleges and the development needs of regional industry, a single talent training path, an inadequate practical teaching, a weakened capacity in engineering practice, and a disconnection between talent training and enterprise needs.
