新工科背景下的通航人才培养的思考

航空产业是大国崛起和综合国力的标志,是供给侧结构改革新的经济增长点;荆楚理工学院筹建通用航空学院,探索通用航空学科专业建设,提高通航高层次的人才培养质量,为航空产业和地方社会经济输送高素质应用型人才;“新工科”是基于国家战略发展新需求、国际竞争新形势、立德树人新要求而提出的我国工程教育改革方向;在通用航空学科专业人才培养过程中,贯彻“新工科”人才培养理念,探索“新工科”通用航空类人才培养方式方法是新时期通用航空产业对高校提出的要求。
