卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage due to Uterine Atony

目的分析卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月至2017年5月我院收治的80例宫缩乏力性产后出血的产妇,将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规缩宫素治疗,观察组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血能够有效减少产妇的出血量,用药后的不良反应少,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of carboprost tromethamine injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony. Methods 80 cases of puerperas with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional oxytocin, and the observation group was treated with carboprost tromethamine injection. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Carprostol tromethamine injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony can effectively reduce the blood loss of puerperas, with fewer adverse reactions after administration and significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
