摘要
目的分析多元化健康教育对口腔颌面外科住院患者满意度和疾病知识掌握程度的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2018年12月我院口腔颌面外科收治的住院患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组接受常规健康教育,研究组接受多元化健康教育,比较两组患者的满意度和疾病知识掌握程度。结果研究组的满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的57.50%(P <0.05)。研究组对功能锻炼、用药知识、伤口护理、术后饮食、术前准备、防护保健、检查事项、入院宣教等疾病知识掌握程度评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论多元化健康教育可提升口腔颌面外科住院患者的满意度和疾病知识掌握程度,对医患双方的互相支持、信任、尊重、理解等有积极作用。
Objective To analyze the influence of diversified health education on satisfaction degree and disease knowledge mastery degree in inpatients of department of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods 80 cases of inpatients admitted to our department of oral and maxillofacial surgery from February 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, while the study group received diversified health education. The satisfaction degree and disease knowledge mastery degree of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction degree of the study group was95.00%, higher than 57.50% of the control group(P <0.05). The scores of disease knowledge mastery degree in functional exercise,medication knowledge, wound care, postoperative diet, preoperative preparation, protection and health care, examination items and admission education of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Diversified health education can improve inpatients’ satisfaction degree and disease knowledge mastery degree in department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, and plays a positive role in mutual support, trust, respect and understanding between doctors and patients.
