摘要
目的探讨集束化护理在艾滋病(AIDS)并发肺孢子菌肺炎(PCP)重症患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的60例AIDS并发PCP重症患者,分为观察组(集束化护理)与对照组(常规护理),各30例。观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组的SAS、 SDS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的依从性为96.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P <0.05)。结论集束化护理应用于AIDS并发PCP重症患者,可显著提升患者的治疗依从性,改善其不良心理状态,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in AIDS patients complicated with severe Pneumocystis pneumonia(PCP). Methods 60 cases of AIDS patients complicated with severe PCP admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(cluster nursing) and control group(routine nursing), with 30 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). The compliance of the observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 76.67% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Cluster nursing in the application of AIDS patients with severe PCP can significantly improve patients’ treatment compliance and bad mental state, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
