摘要
目的:探讨医护联合规范化营养支持对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者营养风险的干预效果。方法:选取来自电子科技大学神经信息教育部临床基地住院的90例具有营养不良风险的AD患者,按随机原则分为观察组及对照组,各45例。对照组给予病区常规营养支持及照护,观察组在对照组基础上采取医护联合规范化营养支持,1个月后比较两组患者干预效果。结果:干预1个月后,观察组血清白蛋白(ALB)、体质量指数(BMI)、NRS2002营养量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组干预后家属满意度较对照组增高(P<0.05)。结论:医护联合规范化营养支持效果肯定,能降低AD患者营养不良的风险,改善AD患者的生活质量,同时能提高家属对护士的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nutrition supported by doctors combined with nurses on nutritional risk of patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods:Ninety AD patients with malnutrition risk were selected from the clinical base of the Ministry of Neurological Information Education, University of Electronic Science and Technology. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nutritional support and care, while the observation group was given standardized nutrition supported by doctors combined with nurses on the basis of the control group. One month later, the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After one month of intervention, the scores of serum albumin(ALB), body mass index(BMI) and NRS 2002 nutrition scale in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.01). The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of standardized nutritional support is definite, which can reduce the risk of malnutrition of AD patients, improve the quality of life of AD patients, and improve the satisfaction of family members to nurses.
