新中国成立70年来,国有企业治理改革不断向前推进,历史证明国有企业治理是一个复杂而系统性的问题。在新时期,国有企业治理改革已然成为深化国有企业改革的关键领域。文章从历史脉络回顾了建国70年以来,中国国有企业治理改革的理论变迁及其实践特征,并对近年来的国有企业治理理论研究的新进展进行了回顾总结,在此基础上,展望了未来国有企业治理改革理论研究的重点和方向。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,the reform of state-owned enterprise governance has continued to advance. History has proved that state-owned enterprise governance is a complex and systematic issue. In the new era,the reform of state-owned enterprise governance has become a key area for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises. From the historical context,the article reviews the theoretical changes and practical characteristics of China’s state-owned enterprise governance reform since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,and summarizes the recent progress in the study of the theory of state-owned enterprise governance. On this basis,it looks into the focuses and directions of the theoretical research on state-owned corporate governance reform in the future.
