The mediation work is completed on the virtual platform by turning the mediation from " offline mediation" and " entity mediation" to " online mediation" and " virtual mediation". The construction of a smart mediation system in rural revitalization meets the practical need to promote the modernization of the national governance system and the governance capacity,guarantees the realization of the rural revitalization strategy,and is the organic component of building a smart society and an important way to innovate traditional mediation. Compared with traditional mediation,the advantages of the development of the smart mediation system in rural revitalization is to help monitor the contradictions and disputes in the countryside,integrate and configure mediation resources,regulate the mediator's service behavior,and enhance the convenience of mediation. The development of the smart mediation system in the rural revitalization requires the state to make a top-level design,strengthen the cooperation and governance of the government,the court and the social organizations,transform the traditional mediation concept and mediation methods,and implement the training of intelligent mediation staff.
