摘要 慕课被认为是一种具有革命意义的新型教学模式,但慕课存在学习体验不完整、师生情感交流缺失、学习效果难以评估、学习诚信无法保证、自主学习能力要求较高等不足。SPOC课程是对慕课课程不足反思的基础上开发的,课程内容更加聚焦,针对性强,学习效果好。本文基于此,探索基于SPOC的个性化混合式教学模式在“饭店管理实务”课程中的应用。 MOOC is regarded as a new teaching mode with revolutionary significance. However, there are some shortcomings about MOOC, such as incomplete learning experience, lack of emotional communication between teachers and students, difficulty in evaluating learning effect, lack of guarantee of learning integrity, and high requirement for autonomous learning ability. SPOC is developed on the basis of reflection on the lack of MOOC. The content of the SPOC curriculum is more focused, targeted and the learning effect is good. Based on this, this paper explores the application of personalized hybrid teaching mode based on SPOC in the course of “Hotel Management Practice”.
