摘要
教师多元文化包容性、团队协作能力、教学方式多样化、自主性程度及实践能力这五个因素从不同方面影响着教师领导力的提升。针对这五个因素对教师领导力的影响成效,提出提升教师领导力的途径,即提高多元文化包容性,加强不同学科间合作,采取有利的教学激励措施,给予教师更多自主权及营造浓烈的校园实践氛围,希望为高校提升教师领导力提供借鉴。
The five factors of teacher’s multicultural inclusiveness,teamwork ability,diversified teaching methods,autonomy and practical ability would influence the improvement of teachers’leadership from different aspects.In view of the impact of these five factors on teachers’leadership,the ways to improve teachers’leadership are proposed:improve multicultural inclusiveness,strengthen cooperation among different majors,adopt favorable teaching incentives,give teachers more autonomy and create strong campus practice atmosphere to provide references of enhancing teachers’leadership for universities.
