摘要
根据机械创新人才核心能力需求,基于智能制造及高校转型大背景,通过调整课程结构,构建专业课程群,共建智能制造平台,优化实践实训体系,加强师资队伍建设,改革教学模式等举措,探索面向智能制造平台的应用型创新人才培养机制,提升机械专业应用型人才培养质量,增强学生创新实践能力。
On the basis of the core competence requirements of mechanical innovative talents,and based on the background of intelligent manufacturing and university transformation,some of the intelligent platform-oriented measures are explored in this paper by adjusting curriculum structure,constructing professional curriculum groups,building intelligent manufacturing platform,optimizing practical training system,strengthening the construction of teachers and reforming teaching mode.The training mechanism of applied innovative talents can improve the training quality of applied talents in mechanical specialty,and also can enhance the students’innovative and practical abilities.
