摘要
多轴重型车辆质心的测量多采用平台支撑反力法进行测量。平台支撑反力法又分为前倾和侧倾两种方式,但这种测量方法无法单独对车辆轮荷进行测量,会将平台的测量误差带入到车辆的质心计算中,降低了质心测量精度。针对这一问题提出了一种全新的角度可调式轮荷测量法,并对此种测量方式建立了力学模型,可通过力矩平衡方程推导出车辆质心坐标求解方程,为多轴车辆质心的测量提供了新思路。
Platform support reaction method is often used to measure the centroid of multi-axle heavy vehicles. Platform support reaction method can be divided into two ways: forward and roll. But this measurement method can not measure the wheel load of the vehicle alone. It will bring the measurement error of the platform into the calculation of the vehicle′s center of mass, which reduces the accuracy of the center of mass measurement. To solve this problem, a new angle adjustable wheel load measurement method is proposed, and the mechanical model of this measurement method is established. The solution equation of vehicle centroid coordinates can be derived from the moment balance equation, which provides a new idea for the measurement of multi-axle vehicle centroid.
