先导控制电路是工作面负荷控制中心漏电检测电路的一部分,具有漏电监视和高压试验能力。概述了停止工作面刮板输送机的运行方法。阐述了油泵电动机启动控制、截割电动机启动控制、破碎机电动机启动控制的具体原理。提出电磁阀中泄油阀和功能阀线圈的正确配合能较好地实现液压系统的每个功能。

This paper introduces that the pilot control circuit is a part of the leakage detection circuit of the workface load control center, which has the ability of leakage monitoring and high voltage test. The operation method of scraper conveyor in stopping working face is summarized. The specific principles of starting control of oil pump motor, cutting motor and crusher motor are expounded. It is pointed out that the correct combination of the oil relief valve and the coil of the functional valve in the solenoid valve can better realize each function of the hydraulic system.
