阿尔茨海默症的发病机理和治疗手段分析

On the pathogenesis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease

阿尔兹海默症主要与老年斑和神经原纤维缠结等因素有关。从蛋白水平和基因水平两方面研究了阿尔兹海默症的患病机理,提出药物疗法、基因疗法、干细胞疗法三种治疗手段,以期对治疗此种疾病提供有益参考。

Alzheimer’s disease is mainly related to senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles. The pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease is studied from two aspects of protein level and gene level. Therapeutic methods, drug therapy, gene therapy and stem cell therapy are proposed so as to provide useful reference for the treatment of this disease.
