舒适护理在小儿水痘护理中的应用效果

Analysis of the effect of comfort nursing in children with varicella

分析小儿水痘护理中的舒适护理效果。选择2017年1月—2018年1月来我院接受治疗的136例水痘小儿患者为研究对象,依照受试者基线资料,将136例患儿随机平均分为对照、观察两组,每组68例。对照组接受常规护理干预模式,在此基础上,观察组接受舒适护理干预模式。对照组受试者家属的护理满意度为73.53%,观察组受试者家属的护理满意度为94.12%。与对照组相比,观察组受试者家属的护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组受试者瘙痒消失时间、全部结痂时间以及结痂脱落自愈时间更短(P<0.05)。对小儿水痘患者开展舒适护理,有助于消除患儿的不适感,可降低疾病对患儿身心的不良影响,提升疾病治疗依从度,缩短治疗时间,促进疾病的转归。

To analyze the comfortable nursing effect of varicella in children. 136 children with varicella treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the baseline data of the subjects,136 children with varicella were randomly divided into control group and observation group,68 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention. On this basis,the observation group accepted the comfort nursing intervention model. The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the control group was 73. 53%,and that of the observation group was 94. 12%. Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was higher( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of pruritus,the total scab formation time and the self-healing time of scab shedding in the observation group were shorter( P < 0. 05).Comfortable nursing for children with varicella can help eliminate the discomfort of children,reduce the adverse effects of disease on children’s body and mind,improve the compliance of disease treatment,shorten the treatment time and promote the prognosis of the disease.
