消风散联合针刺治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效评价

Evaluation of Xiaofeng powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of chronic urticaria

观察消风散联合针刺治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果,并探析作用机制。选择2016年4月—2017年8月收治的60例慢性荨麻疹患者,按照随机原则将其分为甲、乙两组,每组30例。甲组给予常规西药治疗,乙组采用消风散+针刺治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。甲、乙组的治疗总有效率分别为70.0%、93.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者症状得分均有降低,和本组治疗前相比,差异十分显著(P<0.01),乙组得分低于甲组(P<0.05)。慢性荨麻疹患者接受消风散联合针刺治疗,能明显改善其症状,优化临床疗效。

To observe the clinical effect of Xiaofeng power combined with acupuncture on chronic urticaria and explores its mechanism. Sixty patients with chronic urticaria were selected from April 2016 to August 2017. They were randomly divided into group A and group B, 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with routine western medicine, and group B was treated with Xiaofeng powder + acupuncture. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. The total effective rates of group A and B were 70.0% and 93.3% respectively, with significant difference ( P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of symptoms in both groups were decreased, which was significantly different from that before treatment ( P <0.01), and the scores in group B were lower than those in group A ( P <0.05). Xiaofeng powder combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of chronic urticaria patients and optimize the clinical efficacy.
