保乳整形术治疗较大肿瘤乳腺癌患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Breast-conserving Orthopedics in the Treatment of Larger Breast Cancer Patients

目的探讨保乳整形术在较大乳腺癌患者临床治疗中的应用效果.方法选择医院于2016年1月-2017年1月收治的较大肿瘤乳腺癌患者98例为观察对象,参考患者手术方式分组,即接受保乳整形术治疗的49例患者为研究组,接受新辅助化疗降期+传统保乳术治疗的49例患者为对照组,对比两组患者的术后感染率、远处转移率、局部复发率、总生存率以及美容效果满意度.结果两组患者的远处转移率、局部复发率、总生存率较为接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的术后感染率为12.24%,低于对照组患者的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的美容效果满意度为95.92%,高于对照组的77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论较大肿瘤乳腺癌患者接受保乳整形术治疗,美容效果较好,而且感染风险较低.

Objective To investigate the effect of breast-conserving orthopedics on the clinical treatment of patients with larger breast cancer. Methods A total of 98 patients with larger breast cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled. Grouped according to patient surgery, forty-nine patients who underwent breastconserving orthopedic surgery were included in the study group, and 49 patients who underwent reduction of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with conventional breast-conserving surgery were included in the control group. The postoperative infection rate, distant metastasis rate, local recurrence rate, overall survival rate, and cosmetic outcome satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The distant metastasis rate, local recurrence rate and overall survival rate of the two groups were similar, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The postoperative infection rate of the study group was 12.24%, which was lower than 28.57% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The cosmetic satisfaction of the study group was 95.92%, which was higher than that of the control group (77.55%). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Larger breast cancer patients underwent breast-conserving orthopedic surgery, the cosmetic effect is better, and the risk of infection is low.
