摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,HSP70)抗体表达水平与阿尔茨海默病相关性.方法选择2017年3月-2018年12月阿尔茨海默病患者50例设为观察组;选择同期治疗的非阿尔茨海默病患者50例设为对照组;选择同期健康体检者50例,设为空白对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附试验完成各组HSP70抗体表达水平测定;采用Pearson相关性分析软件对HSP70水平与阿尔茨海默病认知功能进行相关性分析.结果观察组阿尔茨海默病组HSP70抗体水平均高于对照组与空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MMSE评分低于对照组与空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ADL、ADAS-Cog评分高于对照组与空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果表明:HSP70水平与阿尔茨海默病患者MMSE评分呈负相关性(P<0.05);HSP70水平与ADL、ADAS-Cog评分呈正相关性(P<0.05).结论 HSP70抗体在阿尔茨海默病患者中呈高表达,与认知损伤程度存在相关性,加强HSP70水平测定能评估预后、指导临床治疗.
Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of HSP70 antibody and Alzheimer's disease. Methods From March 2017 to December 2018, 50 patients with Alzheimer's disease were enrolled into the observation group, 50 non-Alzheimer's disease patients treated in the same period were selected as the control group, and 50 health examinees in the same period were selected as the blank control group. Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the expression level of HSP70 antibody in each group. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between HSP70 level and cognitive function of Alzheimer's disease. Results The level of HSP70 antibody in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the MMSE score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the ADL and ADAS-Cog scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the blank control group , the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of HSP70 was in negative correlation line with the MMSE score in the patients with Alzheimer's disease (P < 0.05);HSP70 level was positively correlated with ADL and ADAS-Cog scores (P < 0.05). Conclusion HSP70 antibody is highly expressed in patients with Alzheimer's disease, which is correlated with the degree of cognitive impairment. Strengthening the determination of HSP70 level can evaluate prognosis and guide clinical treatment.
