微创不翻瓣技术应用于口腔种植术中的效果观察

Clinical Observation on Application of Minimally Invasive Non-Flap Technique in Oral Implantation

目的探究口腔种植术采用微创不翻瓣技术的临床效果.方法将2017年3月-2018年3月的行口腔种植术的80例患者应用随机数字表的方式平均分为实验组与对照组,并分别采用翻瓣技术与微创不翻瓣技术进行治疗,比较治疗效果.结果实验组的手术时长[(21.96±2.69)min]、术后肿痛时间[(19.12±7.63)h]及术后抗生素的使用时长[(31.76±11.88)h]优于对照组,实验组的种植成功率(97.5%)高于对照组(82.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用微创不翻瓣技术进行口腔种植,有利于提升种植的成功率,缩减手术时间,提升手术治疗效果.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive non-flap technique in oral implantation. Methods 80 patients who underwent oral implantation from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into the experimental group and the control group by means of random number table and treated with flap technique and minimally invasive nonflap technique respectively, the therapeutic effect was compared. Results The duration of surgery [(21.96±2.69) min], the duration of postoperative swelling and pain[(19.12±7.63) h], and the duration of postoperative antibiotics application [(31.76±11.88) h] in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. The success rate of planting in the experimental group was 97.5%, significantly higher than that in the control group (82.5%), with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive non-flap technique for oral implantation is helpful to improve the success rate of implantation, shorten the operation time and improve the effect of surgical treatment.
