硝苯地平联合依那普利治疗老年性高血压

Evaluation of Efficacy of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets Combined With Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的探究硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利叶酸片治疗老年性高血压的疗效.方法选取本院2016年9月-2018年12月收治的老年高血压148例作为研究对象,采用摸球法,将全部研究对象分为联合组(74例)与对比组(74例).联合组采用硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利叶酸片治疗,对比组仅采用依那普利叶酸片治疗,治疗1个月后观察效果.结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率为98.65%,高于对比组的81.08%,联合组患者不良反应发生率为2.70%,低于对比组的20.27%,组间各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合组患者收缩压与舒张压均低于对比组,组间各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利叶酸片治疗老年性高血压的疗效显著.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with enalapril folic acid tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods 148 cases of senile hypertension in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into observation group (74 cases) and control group (74 cases) by touch ball method. The observation group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with enalapril folic acid tablets. The control group was only treated with enalapril folic acid tablets. The effect was observed after 1 month of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.65%, which was higher than that of the control group (81.08%). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.70%, which was lower than that of the control group (20.27%). Comparing the data between groups, the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with enalapril folic acid tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension is significant.
