慢性鼻—鼻窦炎鼻息肉的药物治疗方案对比

A Comparative Study of Budesonide Suspension and Methylprednisolone in the Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的探讨布地奈德混悬液与甲泼尼龙治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效分析.方法收集我院慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的患者作为研究对象,将其分为研究组与对照组.研究组采取布地奈德混悬液治疗,对照组采取甲泼尼龙治疗.对比两组治疗前后鼻部KENNEDY评分;两组慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗疗效.结果两组治疗前鼻部KENNEDY评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后鼻部KENNEDY评分低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中治愈、好转例数多于对照组,同时研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论与甲泼尼龙治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉相比,布地奈德混悬液治疗疗效更为肯定,能够改善患者症状及鼻部疼痛程度.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of budesonide suspension and methylprednisolone in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods The patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were collected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with budesonide suspension. The control group was treated with methylprednisolone. The KENNEDY score of nose before and after treatment was compared between the two groups, and the therapeutic effect of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in KENNEDY score between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). The KENNEDY score of nose in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The number of cured, effective cases in the study group was more than that in the control group. At the same time, the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with methylprednisolone in the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps, budesonide suspension is more effective in treating chronic nasosinusitis and nasal pain.
