摘要
目的对比多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠脉成像与选择性冠脉造影在冠状动脉狭窄的诊断效果.方法纳入医院2018年1-12月收治拟诊为冠心病患者50例作为本次研究对象,纳入患者均行MSCT冠脉成像与选择性冠脉造影检查,对比分析MSCT冠脉成像临床诊断效果.结果本次MSCT扫描中,可评价节段检出386段,不可评价节段检出70段,不可评价节段包括运动伪影检出21段、梗阻未显影检出45段、血管纤细检出4段;心率≥70次/min组可评价节段显示率相比心率≤60次/min组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠脉造影检出阳性95段、检出阴性291段;MSCT冠脉成像检出阳性92段、检出阴性294段;MSCT冠脉成像诊断敏感性94.73%、特异性99.31%、诊断率98.19%.结论 MSCT冠脉成像技术在冠心病诊断中能较直观显示出患者冠状动脉解剖关系,并可明确管腔的狭窄情况,对于管腔狭窄诊断方面的敏感性、特异性与准确性均相对较高.
Objective To compare diagnostic effects of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) coronary angiography and selective coronary angiography in coronary artery stenosis. Methods 50 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 underwent coronary MSCT imaging and selective coronary angiography. Clinical diagnostic effects of coronary MSCT imaging were compared and analyzed. Results In this MSCT scan, 386 segments were detected in the evaluable segment, and 70 segments were detected in the unevaluable segment. The unevaluable segment included 21 segments of motion artifact detection, 45 segments with undeveloped obstruction, and fine blood vessel detection 4 segments;heart rate ≥ 70 times / min group can be evaluated segmental rate compared with heart rate ≤ 60 times / min group statistically significant (P < 0.05);coronary angiography detected positive 95 segments, detected negative 291 segments;MSCT coronary angiography detected 92 positive and 294 negative;MSCT coronary imaging diagnostic sensitivity was 94.73%, specificity was 99.31%, and the diagnostic rate was 98.19%. Conclusion MSCT coronary angiography can visually display the anatomical relationship of coronary artery in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and can clearly determine the stenosis of the lumen. It has relatively high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of lumen stenosis.
