循证理念下人文关怀护理对乳腺癌患者的影响

The Effect of Humanistic Care Nursing on Breast Cancer Patients Under Evidence-based Concept

目的研究乳腺中心基于循证理念的人文关怀护理模式对乳腺癌患者术后的影响.方法选取2018年10月-2019年2月乳腺中心实施乳腺癌手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象.按随机数字表法,将其分为两组,每组各50例.对照组50例患者采用常规护理模式进行护理,观察组50例患者采用基于循证理念的人文关怀护理模式进行护理.观察两组患者心理状态、依从性、并发症以及护理满意度情况.结果护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组依从率为98.0%,高于对照组的84.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的14.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者满意度高达94.0%,明显高于对照组的82.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于循证理念的人文关怀护理模式增加了乳腺中心护理人员的人文关怀能力,为患者提供更优质的护理,提高患者满意度,降低患者心理负担,使患者治疗依从性更好,并发症更少.

Objective To study the impact of evidence-based humanistic nursing after the operation of breast cancer. Methods 100 patients with breast cancer who underwent breast cancer surgery from October 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, each group had 50 cases. 50 patients in the control group received routine nursing care. In the observation group, 50 patients were nursed by the humanistic care model based on evidence-based concept. The psychological status, compliance, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The compliance rate of the observation group was 98.0%, higher than that of the control group (84.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.0%, lower than that in the control group (14.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than 82.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based humanistic nursing can improve the nurse’s humanistic caring capability in offering better nursing services. In addition, the evidence-based nursing can relieve the patient’s psychological burdens, improve the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance, and reduce the complication rate.
