分析护理干预在子宫肌瘤术后护理中的应用效果

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention in the Post-operative Nursing of Uterine Leiomyoma

目的探析护理干预在子宫肌瘤术后护理中的应用效果及其对肠蠕动早期恢复的影响.方法选取本院2017年1-12月接收的子宫肌瘤患者90例作为研究对象.根据患者入院单号、双号完成平均分组,每组各45例.对照组采取常规护理方案,研究组则接受早期综合护理干预.对比两组肠蠕动早期恢复状况及护理满意度.结果研究组患者的排便时间及排气时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度为95.56%,与对照组的80.00%相比更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论子宫肌瘤术后护理中,采取早期综合护理方案不仅可以让患者在短时间内排气、排便,改善患者肠胃蠕动状况,同时有助于护理满意度的提高.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the early recovery of intestinal peristalsis after hysteromyoma surgery. Methods 90 patients with uterine leiomyoma received in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the number of admission, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The study group received early comprehensive nursing intervention. The early recovery of intestinal peristalsis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The defecation time and exhaust time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.56%, higher than that of the control group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing program can not only make patients exhaust and defecate in a short time, improve gastrointestinal peristalsis, but also help to improve nursing satisfaction.
