摘要
目的探究六西格玛管理对提高放射影像科护理质量的作用.方法选择我院放射科7名护理人员作为研究对象,将2018年1-6月实施常规护理人员管理模式设为对照组,另将2018年7-12月实施六西格玛管理方法设为观察组,比较两组期间护理人员的护理质量评分患者的满意度.结果观察组患者检查等候时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05).结论对放射科护理人员实施六西格玛管理能够有效缩短患者的候检时间,改善护理质量,利于提高患者的满意度,实现医患双赢的目的.
Objective To explore the role of Six Sigma Management in improving the quality of nursing in radiology and imaging department. Methods 7 nurses in the radiology department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of study. The routine nursing staff management model implemented from January to June 2018 was set as the control group. In addition, the Six Sigma management method implemented from July to December 2018 was set as the observation group. The satisfaction of patients with nursing quality score was compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of Six Sigma Management for nursing staff in radiology department can effectively shorten the waiting time of patients, improve the quality of nursing.
