Objective To analyze the expression of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)in normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical cancer, and to analyze the correlation between TLR4 and CIN and cervical cancer, and to study its impact on clinical diagnosis and the evaluation. Methods Six cases of normal cervical tissue,17 cases of CIN and 7 cases of cervical cancer were randomly selected from the women who received cervical examination in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2018.The positive expression of TLR4 in the three groups was examined, and the relevant factors that affecting its expression were analyzed. Results The expression intensity of TLR4 in normal cervical tissues,CIN and cervical cancer tissues was increased gradually, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of TLR4 was not correlated with the age and cell differentiation of patients(P>0.05),and there was a significant correlation between TLR4 expression and tumor expression and HPV infection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of TLR4 in normal cervical tissues,CIN and cervical cancer tissues is gradually increased. The expression of TLR4 is associated with HPV infection,CIN and cervical cancer, and it can provide a good reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
