习近平总书记关于"把立德树人的成效作为检验学校一切工作的根本标准"的科学论断是对教育灵魂的揭示,反映了中国教育的文化特色。立德树人折射出中国社会的人才评判标准,蕴含了人才成长的基本规律,揭示了教育行动的基本逻辑。立德树人要求必须坚持正确的政治方向,为新时代高水平大学建设指明了方向。高校思想政治理论课为有效解决中国特色社会主义教育"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"这一根本问题提供了重要保证,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。办好思想政治理论课关键在教师,教师的素质、能力和工作状态关乎立德树人的任务能否顺利完成。高校思想政治理论课教学改革必须坚持以课堂教学为主阵地,引导教师自觉践行习近平总书记在思想政治理论课教师座谈会上提出的政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正的要求,坚持政治性和学理性相统一、价值性和知识性相统一、理论性和实践性相统一、统一性和多样性相统一、主导性和主体性相统一、灌输性和启发性相统一、显性教育和隐性教育相统一,全方位推动思想政治理论课建设的创新。

General Secretary Xi Jinping’s scientific assertion that "cultivating people with moral integrity is the fundamental criterion to test all the work of schools"reveals the soul of education and reflects the cultural characteristics of Chinese education. Moral education reflects the criteria of talent evaluation in Chinese society,implies the basic law of talent growth,and reveals the basic logic of educational action. Moral education demands the correct political direction be adhered to,pointing out the direction for the construction of high-level universities in the new era. The course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities provides an important guarantee for effectively solving the fundamental problem of "who to train,how to train and who to train for"in the socialist education with Chinese characteristics,and it is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. The key to the ideological and political theory course is the teachers.The quality and ability of teachers and their working status are related to the success of the task of cultivating people with moral integrity. The teaching reform of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities must insist on taking classroom teaching as the main position and guide teachers to consciously practice the requirements of "strong politics","deep feelings","new thinking","wide vision","strict self-discipline’and "correct personality"put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the teachers’ symposium of ideological and political theory course,adhering to the unity of political and academic rationality,value and knowledge,theory and practice,unity and diversity,dominance and subjectivity,indoctrination and enlightenment,dominance and recessive education,in order to promote the innovation of ideological and political theory course construction in an all-round way.
