摘要 阳煤一矿S8303工作面进、回风和切巷均沿顶板布置,而工作面采用底板推进的大采高综放工艺,形成类锅底状,造成支架接顶效果差、顶板管理困难。为解决上述问题,机尾先后增设了2组ZY12000-30/68D型大采高过渡架代替棚梁和木垛支护工艺管控顶板。解决了沿上层布置巷道的工作面过渡段顶板管控难度大的问题,有利设备的平稳运行,提高了端头支护质量,为工作面安全高效生产创造了条件。 S8303 working face inlet, return air and cutting roadway of Yangquan No. 1 Mine were arranged along the roof,while the working face adopts the large mining height fully mechanized caving process, forming a pan-like bottom shape,resulting in poor support to roof effect and difficult roof management. In order to solve the problems above, two sets of ZY12000-30/68D large mining height transition frame was added to replace the shed beam and the raft support to control roof. The problem of difficult control of the top plate of the working face transition section along the upper floor was solved,which was beneficial to the smooth operation of the equipment, improved the quality of the ending support, and created conditions for safe and efficient production of the working face.
