摘要
针对多风机通风矿井总风量调节频繁这一问题,为了更好地降低主要通风机功耗,提高经济效益,提出了均衡状态调节和非均衡状态调节两种方法,并强调在有条件的矿井中,应尽可能地采用均衡调节。对非均衡状态下的调节,根据通风学三大基本定律,将风机实际风压曲线合理工作范围拟合出近似方程式,提出了一种解析方法,并将此法应用于实例进行分析研究,表明了此解析法实用、可行。
In order to reduce the power consumption of main fan and improve economic efficiency, two methods of equalization state adjustment and non-equilibrium state adjustment were proposed, and emphasis was placed on conditional mines. Equilibrium adjustment should be used as much as possible in terms of management and efficiency. For the adjustment under non-equilibrium state, according to the three basic laws of ventilation, the reasonable working range of the actual wind pressure curve of the fan was fitted to the approximate equation, and an analytical method was proposed. The method was applied to the case for analysis and research, which was practical and feasible.
