综采面瓦斯抽采钻孔密封机理及封孔技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为保障马兰矿18308工作面的瓦斯抽采效果,通过分析工作面原有封孔技术下瓦斯抽采效果及钻孔密封机理,提出采用稠化膨胀浆体封孔技术进行封孔作业,结合工作面实际情况对封孔工艺进行设计,并对应用效果进行对比分析。结果表明,18308工作面采用原有封孔技术时,瓦斯抽采的浓度会逐渐降低至10%,采用稠化膨胀浆体封孔技术,瓦斯抽采浓度一直保持在60%左右,保证了瓦斯高效抽采。 In order to ensure the gas drainage effect of the 18308 working face, through the specific analysis of the gas drainage effect and the drilling sealing mechanism under the original sealing technology of the working face, it was proposed to use the thickening expansion slurry sealing technology to seal the hole. The specific conditions of the working face were designed for the sealing process, and the application effects were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of gas extraction was gradually reduced to 10% when the 18308 working face adopted the original sealing technology. The thickening expansion slurry was used to seal the hole concentration, and the gas drainage concentration was consistently maintained at about 60%, which ensured the gas drainage efficiency.
