摘要
为了研究煤自燃降温过程中的指标气体,对实验煤样采用煤自燃及灭火模拟测试系统进行升温,并采取隔绝氧气的方式使煤样自然降温,通过对降温过程中不同指标的变化趋势分析,将煤样降温分为3个温度段,通过不同指标对温度进行系数和灰色关联度计算并进行比较发现,煤样降温过程中的指标气体与温度的相关性分析与灰色关联分析呈现出良好的对应关系。煤样降温过程中,在400~230℃和80~30℃温度段内,应以贝斯特龙系数为主要指标,在230~80℃温度段内,应以氧化碳比率为主要指标来判断火区状况。
In order to study the index gas in the process of coal spontaneous combustion and cooling, the experimental coal sample was heated by coal spontaneous combustion and fire extinguishing simulation test system, and the oxygen sample was naturally cooled to reduce the temperature of the coal sample. The coal sample cooling was divided into three temperature segments, the temperature coefficient and gray correlation degree were calculated and compared by different indexes. It was found that the correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis of the index gas and temperature in the coal sample cooling process showed good correspondence. During the cooling process of coal sample, the Beston coefficient should be used as the main index in the temperature range of 400~230 ℃ and 80~30 ℃. In the temperature range of 230~80 °C, the ratio of carbon oxide should be taken as the main index to judge the status of the fire zone.
