探讨骨髓异常增生综合征难治性贫血与巨幼细胞性贫血、再生障碍性贫血的细胞形态学特征 被引量:1

摘要 目的对骨髓异常增生综合征难治性贫血与巨幼细胞贫血、再生障碍性贫血的细胞形态学特征进行比较,以将有效依据提供给临床的诊断及鉴别诊断工作。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月-2017年1月收治的50例贫血患者的临床资料。结果三组患者的外周血幼稚红细胞和幼稚粒细胞发生率之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。MA组患者的病态造血粒细胞、红细胞比例及病态巨核细胞检出率均显著高于RA组、AA组(P<0.05),而RA组患者的病态造血粒细胞、红细胞比例及病态巨核细胞检出率又均显著高于AA组(P<0.05),但三组患者的细胞铁阳性率之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论骨髓异常增生综合征难治性贫血与巨幼细胞贫血、再生障碍性贫血的细胞形态学相似特征不同。 Objective To compare the morphological characteristics of refractory anemia with megaloblastic anemia and aplastic anemia in order to provide effective evidence for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with anemia admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of immature erythrocyte and granulocyte in peripheral blood between the three groups(P>0.05).The percentage of pathological hematopoietic granulocyte, erythrocyte and pathological megakaryocyte in MA group were significantly higher than those in RA group and AA group(P<0.05),while the percentage of pathological hematopoietic granulocyte,erythrocyte and pathological megakaryocyte in RA group were significantly higher than those in AA group(P<0.05),but the difference of iron positive rate among the three groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The morphological characteristics of refractory anemia of myelodysplastic syndrome are different from those of megaloblastic anemia and aplastic anemia.
