抗菌药物在儿科治疗上呼吸道感染中的应用分析

摘要 目的探讨抗菌药物在儿科治疗上呼吸道感染中的应用,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。方法选择我院收治的100例上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,时间为2017年5月-2018年5月,使用随机抽签的方式进行分组,对照组50例患者接受炎琥宁治疗,观察组50例患者接受抗菌药物治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者中,有22例治愈、16例显效、10例好转、2例无效,治愈率为44.00%,总有效率为96.00%;对照组患者中,有13例治愈、13例显效、15例好转、9例无效,治愈率为26.00%,总有效率为82.00%,两组患者的总有效率与治愈率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿上呼吸道感染的治疗中,合理使用抗菌药物治疗,能够迅速控制病情,有效提高临床疗效,且安全性较高,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application of antibiotics in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in pediatrics,and to provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.Methods 100 children with upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital were selected as the research object.The time was from May 2017 to May 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the control group were treated with Yanhuning,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with antibiotics.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,22 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 44.00%,and the total effective rate was 96.00%.In the control group,13 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were improved and 9 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 26.00%,the total effective rate was 82.00%.The total effective rate of the two groups was higher than that of the cure rate.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections in children, rational use of antibiotics can quickly control the condition,effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
