Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Calcium Berate Triol Betamethasone Ointment in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

摘要目的探讨对寻常型银屑病患者采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2017年8月-2018年8月诊治寻常型银屑病患者计86例为研究对象,随机分为采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗对照组(n=43)与采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗实验组(n=43),对比治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,症状积分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对寻常型银屑病患者采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗效果理想,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得在临床中广泛应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of calcium potamol betamethasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 86 patients with psoriasis vulgaris diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group treated with kapottriol ointment( n=43)and the experimental group treated with calcium kapottriol betamethasone ointment (n=43)to compare the treatment effect.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the symptom score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion calcium potamol betamethasone ointment is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
