双歧杆菌三联活菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎效果分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Combined with Racecadotril in the Treatment of Children with Rotavirus Enteritis

目的在小儿轮状病毒肠炎治疗中,采取双歧杆菌三联活菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗的方式进行干预,分析具体的效果。方法在2017年1月-2017年12月期间来我院进行治疗的轮状病毒肠炎患儿中,选择其中的80名作为研究对象,按照来院的先后顺序将其分为实验1组(n=40)和实验2组(n=40),两组患儿都接受常规治疗,实验1组患儿服用消旋卡多曲颗粒,在此基础上,实验2组患儿服用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。结果在治疗总有效率、患儿各项指标恢复正常的时间上,实验2组比实验1组有优势。结论在小儿轮状病毒肠炎治疗中,采取双歧杆菌三联活菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗的方式能达到较好的临床治疗效果,帮助患儿更快的恢复健康。

Objective In the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis,Intervention with Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with racecadotril treatment,Analyze specific effects.Methods Among children with rotavirus enteritis who came to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017,Choose 80 of them as research subjects. According to the order of the hospital,it was divided into experimental group 1(n=40)and experiment 2 group(n=40). Both groups received regular treatment.In the experimental group 1,the children were treated with racecadotril granules. On this basis,the experimental group 2 children took Bifidobacterium triple live capsules.Results In the total effective rate of treatment,the time when the indicators of the child returned to normal,The experimental 2 group had an advantage over the experimental 1 group.Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis,The treatment of Bifidobacterium triplet combined with racecadotril can achievebetter clinical treatment effect.To help children recover more quickly.
