慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎继发性感染的影响因素及护理效果分析

The Influence Factors of Chronic Severe Hepatitis b Viral Hepatitis Secondary Infection and Nursing Effect Analysis

目的探讨慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎继发性感染的影响因素及实施护理干预的效果。方法将2016年7月-2017年6月在我院进行治疗的48例慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎患者列为对照组,将2017年7月-2018年6月期间的48例慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎患者列为观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组通过对各因素进行分析后实施针对性护理干预,比较两组患者的继发性感染发生率及生活质量。结果观察组患者的继发性感染发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的41.67%(P<0.05);其生活质量各方面评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎继发性感染的影响因素进行深入分析后实施针对性护理干预可以明显降低患者感染发生率,改善其生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of secondary infection of chronic severe viral hepatitis B and the effect of nursing intervention.Methods 48 patients with chronic severe viral hepatitis B treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were included in the control group,48 patients with chronic severe viral hepatitis B from July 2017 to December 2018 were included in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was analyzed by various factors.Targeted nursing intervention was applied to compare the incidence of secondary infection and quality of life between the two groups.Results The incidence of secondary infection was 16.67%in the observation group,which was lower than 41.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention after in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of secondary infection of chronic severe hepatitis B can significantly reduce the incidence of infection and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
