血液净化治疗肾综合征出血热合并急性肾功能衰竭观察

Observation on the Treatment of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Combined with Acute Renal Failure by Blood Purification

目的探讨血液净化治疗肾综合征出血热合并急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取我院收诊的30例肾综合征出血热合并急性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为参照组与研究组,每组15例,参照组行常规治疗,研究组行血液净化治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者血清肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐(Ccr)以及尿氮素(BUN)指标改善情况均显著优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾综合征出血热合并急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床治疗中,血液净化治疗显著提高临床治疗效果,降低临床病死率,值得临床广泛推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood purification in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome combined with acute renal failure.Methods 30 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome combined with acute renal failure admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and a research group,with 15 patients in each group.Routine treatment in the reference group and blood purification treatment in the research group were used to compare the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the improvement of Serum creatinine,the endogenous creatinine and urinary nitrogen in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion in the clinical treatment of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome combined with acute renal failure,blood purification therapy significantly improves the clinical treatment effect and reduces the clinical mortality,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
