腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效及对卵巢功能影响的分析

The Efficacy of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Removal for Benign Ovarian Tumors and Its Effect on Ovarian Function

目的对良性卵巢肿瘤应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗的效果进行观察。方法选取本院2017年1月-2018年6月期间收治的94例良性卵巢肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例,对照组给予开腹手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果疗效对比,观察组为97.87%,高于对照组的76.60%,P<0.05;术前3个月,两组患者卵巢血供、生殖激素水平较术前均有差异(P<0.05),但观察组各指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对良性卵巢肿瘤采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,效果较好,且对患者卵巢功能影响较小,值得推广。

Objective The effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal was observed in benign ovarian tumors. Methods 94 patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The control group received open surgery and the observation group was treated with laparoscopy.Surgical treatment,comparing the effects of the two groups of treatment.Results The curative effect was 97.87% in the observation group,which was higher than 76.60% in the control group,P<0.05.The ovarian blood supply and reproductive hormone levels were different between the two groups (P<0.05).However,the indicators in the observation group were superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal for benign ovarian tumors is effective and has little effect on ovarian function.It is worthy of promotion.
