研究结直肠癌致老年急性肠梗阻经过不同手术方法治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Different Surgical Methods on Acute Intestinal Obstruction in Elderly Patients Caused by Colorectal Cancer

目的应该不同的手术方法对结直肠癌致老年急性肠梗阻患者实施治疗,并观察、比较相应的临床治疗效果。方法将2017年3月-2018年3月期间在本院接受手术治疗的50例结直肠癌致老年急性肠梗阻患者纳为研究对象,实施随机分组,分别命名为A组和B组,每组样本数量均为25例。A组接受常规手术治疗,B组接受一期切除吻合术治疗。记录两组术后首次肛门排气时间与首次肠鸣音时间,各类并发症发生情况,统计两组住院天数,并对相关数据结果实施组间对比。结果B组术后首次肛门排气时间、首次肠鸣音时间均明显短于A组,P<0.05。B组总并发症发生率、平均住院天数明显低于、短于A组,P<0.05。结论与常规手术治疗相比较,对结直肠癌致老年急性肠梗阻患者实施一期切除吻合术治疗效果更为理想。

Objective Different surgical methods should be used to treat elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer,and the corresponding clinical treatment effects should be observed and compared.Methods Fifty patients with colorectal cancer who were treated with surgery in our hospital from March 20 to March 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into groups A and B.The number of samples in the group was 25 cases.Group A received conventional surgery and group B received one-stage resection and anastomosis.The first postoperative anal exhaust time and the first bowel sound time,the occurrence of various complications,and the number of hospital stays in the two groups were recorded,and the results of the relevant data were compared.Results The first anus exhaust time and the first bowel sound time in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A,P<0.05.The total complication rate and average hospitalization days in group B were significantly lower than those in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with conventional surgery,it is more effective to perform one-stage resection and anastomosis in elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer.
