甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Metronidazole Suppository Combined with Estrogen Ointment on Senile Vaginitis

目的观察老年性阴道炎患者接受甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗的效果。方法选2016年4月-2017年8月期间60例老年性阴道炎患者,分为甲组(甲硝唑栓治疗组)30例与乙组(甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗组)各30例,比较两组疗效。结果乙组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于甲组73.33%(P<0.01);治疗后,乙组性激素水平改善效果优于本组治疗前与同期甲组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗,可优化疗效,改善雌激素水平,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment on senile vaginitis.Methods 60 patients with senile vaginitis between 2016.04 and 2017.08 were divided into 30 cases of group A (metronidazole embolization treatment group) and 30 cases of group B (metronidazole embolization combined with estrogen ointment treatment group).Results The total effective rate of group B treatment was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than Group A 73.33%(P<0.01);After the treatment,the effect of the improvement of the sex hormone level in group B was better than that of group A before and during the same period of treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment can optimize the curative effect and improve estrogen level,which is worth promoting.
