米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗宫外孕的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Methotrexate for Conservative Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨研究米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法选取本院于2016年1月-2018年3月接收治疗的30例宫外孕孕妇资料,基于治疗路径差异将样本分组;对照组15名,采取甲氨蝶呤治疗;实验组15例,为其提供米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗方法,相同临床治疗周期后,对比观察两组患者的治疗有效性、不良反应情况。结果实验组孕妇不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且阴道出血时间、腹部疼痛时间、人绒毛膜促进腺激素恢复时间相关方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),可见两组治疗效果差异显著。结论实施米司非酮联合甲氨蝶呤在治疗宫外孕患者中的效果理想,能够有效提高患者康复速度,减少不良反应的发生几率,十分具有应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 30 pregnant women with ectopic pregnancy who received treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups based on the difference of treatment path.15 cases in the control group were treated with methotrexate.15 cases in the experimental group were treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate.After the same clinical treatment cycle,the two groups were compared and observed.Effectiveness of treatment and adverse reactions of patients.Results The incidence of adverse reactions of pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the time of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and the time of human chorion promoting the recovery of hormones were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).It can be seen that the therapeutic effect of the two groups was significantly different.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has ideal effect,can effectively improve the recovery rate of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has great application value.
