不同阿奇霉素静脉滴注时间对小儿肺炎的治疗效果影响差异分析

Clinical Effects Evaluation of Different Azithromycin Intravenous Duration on Pediatric Pneumonia

目的探究不同阿奇霉素静脉滴注时间对小儿肺炎的治疗效果影响。方法将2015年4月-2018年10月本院小儿肺炎患者35例以双盲法进行随机分组,对照组阿奇霉素(10mg/kg·d)于4h内静脉滴注完毕,实验组则在2h内静脉滴注完毕,分析2组的效果。结果实验组小儿肺炎患者的症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎患者阿奇霉素静脉滴注时间在2h内,可获得更好的效果以及安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of different azithromycin intravenous infusion time on the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods 35 cases of pediatric pneumonia patients in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method.Azithromycin (10mg/kg·d) was injected into the control group within 4h and the experimental group within 2h,and the effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The remission time of pediatric pneumonia in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin intravenous infusion time in pediatric pneumonia patients within 2h can obtain better results and safety.
