二甲双胍在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的应用安全性探究

Safety of Metformin in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察二甲双胍在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的效果及安全性。方法选取100例妊娠期糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者共50例,使用胰岛素进行治疗,治疗组患者共50例,使用二甲双胍进行治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖数据相比对照组下降明显;治疗组的剖宫产、羊水过多、巨大儿、胎膜早破、妊高症等并发症发生情况少于对照组(18.00%<46.00%);治疗组的BMI指数、羊水指数、孕期增长体重、分娩时体重均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论二甲双胍对妊娠期糖尿病的治疗安全、有效。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of metformin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the control group were treated with insulin and 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with metformin. Results After treatment,the data of fasting blood sugar and 2 hours after meal decreased significantly compared with those of control group.Complications such as cesarean section,amniotic fluid,giant children,premature rupture of the fetal membrane,and Haumea were less common in the treatment group than in the control group(18.00%<46.00 %);The BMI,amniotic fluid index,weight gain during pregnancy,and weight gain during childbirth were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Metformin is safe and effective in the treatment of gestational diabetes.
