柴半降逆汤糊剂卧位给药治疗肝胃不和型反流性食道炎效果观察

Clinical Observation of Chaiban Jiangni Decoction Cataplasm Clinostatism Administration in the Treatment of Ganwei Buhe Type Reflux Esophagitis

目的探讨柴半降逆方治疗胆胃不和型反流性食道炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的反流性食道炎确诊患者54例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各27例,治疗组给予柴半降逆汤糊剂卧位给药治疗,对照组口服奥美拉唑镁肠溶片和枸橼酸莫沙比利片治疗,治疗8周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(92.59%)高于对照组(77.78%)。2组比较差异有统计学意义;治疗组的临床症状总积分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论柴半降逆汤糊剂卧位给药治疗反流性食道炎疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of Chaiban Jiangni Decoction Cataplasm Clinostatism Administration in the Treatment of Ganwei Buhe type reflux esophagitis.Methods 54 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,27 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chaiban Jiangni Tang paste in supine position.The control group was treated with Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets and Mosapride Citrate Tablets orally.The clinical efficacy was observed after 8 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (92.59%) was higher than that of the control group (77.78%).There was significant difference between the two groups;the total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Chaiban Jiangni Decoction paste is effective in treating reflux esophagitis.
