浅谈液质联用技术在中药质量控制中的应用

Research Progress on the Quality Control of Chinese Herbal Medicine by Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Mass Spectrometry

传统的中医药是指以中医药理论为主要指导,根据其独特的理论体系和应用形式用于预防和治疗疾病。中医药中采用的药物大都是具有康复和保健作用的天然药物及其加工代用品,对患者的疾病治疗具有显著的疗效。但是由于中药物质较为复杂,所以在对其进行加工炮制时会对其质量控制具有一定的严格性。目前,针对中药质量控制的检测方式主要是采取液质联用技术,本文通过对中药药剂中的主要成分及特征进行检测,为该技术在中药质量控制上的应用做进一步的阐述。

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) refers to the prevention and treatment of diseases under the guidance of TCM theory and according to its unique theoretical system and application form.Most of the medicines used in traditional Chinese medicine are natural medicines and their processed substitutes with rehabilitation and health care effects,which have significant curative effects on the treatment of patients'diseases.However,due to the complexity of traditional Chinese medicines,the quality control of Chinese medicines will be strict in processing.At present,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) is the main method for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines.The main components and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicines are tested to further elaborate the application of this technology in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines.
