中西医结合治疗妇科慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation in Gynecology by Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的对中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果进行分析。方法选取2016年2月至2017年8月期间在我院参与慢性盆腔炎治疗的患者共150名,将患者随机划分为两组用于最终数据的有效对比,其中对照组采用常规的西医治疗方式治疗,观察组采取中西医结合治疗的方式,对患者进行治疗一个月之后,比较观察组与对照组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组中有43例治疗为显效;有28例治疗为有效;4例治疗为无效。在对照组中有33例治疗为显效,有22例治疗为有效,有20例治疗为无效。结论对慢性盆腔炎疾病采用中西医结合的方式进行治疗,治疗效果显著值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 150 patients who participated in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups for effective comparison of final data.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.After one month of treatment, the observation group and the control group were compared.Therapeutic effect.Results 43 cases in the observation group were markedly effective,28 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.In the control group,33 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective and 20 cases were ineffective.Conclusion The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and worthy of promotion.
