癃清汤联合中药灌肠治疗前列腺增生效果分析

Effect of Longqingtang Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema on Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探究对前列腺增生患者采用癃清汤结合中药灌肠方式治疗的效果。方法选我院86例前列腺增生患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组西医治疗,观察组患者运用癃清汤、中药灌肠相结合治疗。比较治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的治疗有效率、临床指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对患有前列腺增生患者采用癃清汤、中药灌肠相结合的治疗方式能够有效的改善患者的患病参数指标,提高治疗的有效率,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qiqing Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Eighty-six patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with combination of Qiqing Decoction and Chinese medicine enema.Compare treatment effects.Results The therapeutic efficiency and clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qiqing Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine enema can effectively improve the patient's disease parameters and improve the efficiency of treatment.It is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
