摘要
目的探讨对老年冠心病(CHD)患者护理的过程中实施基于跨理论模型(TIM)的协同护理模式的应用价值及其对GSES评分、SAQ评分、Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分的影响。方法选取78例老年冠心病患者,时间在2017年10月至2018年10月期间,分组方式为随机数字表法,对照组(n=39)采用常规护理,观察组(n=39)实施基于TIM的协同护理模式,分析护理前后GSES评分、SAQ评分以及Ⅱ评分。结果观察组GSES评分、SAQ评分以及Ⅱ评分相对于对照组较高,P<0.05。结论对老年CHD患者护理的过程中实施基于TIM的协同护理模式效果较好,具有较高的应用价值,可有效提高患者的自我效能,帮助其养成健康的行为习惯。
Objective To explore the application value of the cross-theoretical model(TIM)-based collaborative nursing model in the nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its scores on GSES score,SAQ score and Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ).Methods The 78 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected.The time was from October 2017 to October 2018.The grouped method was random number table method.The control group(n=39)was treated with routine nursing and the observation group(n=39)was given the TIM-based collaborative care model,the GSES score,SAQ score and Ⅱ score before and after nursing were analyzed.Results The GSES score,SAQ score and Ⅱ score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TIM-based collaborative nursing mode in the treatment of elderly patients with CHD is effective and has high application value,which can effectively improve the patient's self-efficacy and help them develop healthy behavior habits.
