老年高血压患者的预防保健及康复护理效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Preventive Care and Rehabilitation Nursing for Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的分析老年高血压护理中预防保健及康复护理应用的效果。方法本文选取通过调查收集他院2018年3月至2018年7月期间收治的老年高血压患者临床资料,根据本次研究的要求随机选择80例患者作为实验对象。根据计算机随机分组方案将所有患者均分为实验组和对照组,每组分别录入40例患者。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的同时实施预防保健及康复护理。护理结束后对患者进行健康知识知晓率和护理满意度调查,并对比两组患者护理前后的血压水平。结果本次研究成果显示,对照组患者的护理满意度和健康知识知晓率和实验组相比明显更差。护理前两组患者的血压水平无明显差异,护理后均得到改善,但实验组患者的改善程度更优,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压患者的护理中应用预防保健及康复护理,不仅能提高患者对疾病知识的了解,改善不良生活习惯,降低其血压水平,还有助于护理满意度的提升,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective This article mainly analyses the effect of preventive care and rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of senile hypertension.Methods The clinical data of elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to July 2018 were collected through investigation.According to the requirements of this study,80 patients were randomly selected as experimental subjects.According to the computer randomized grouping scheme,all patients were divided into experimental group and control group,each group was recorded in 40 patients.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were given preventive and rehabilitation nursing at the same time.After the end of nursing,the awareness rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients were investigated,and blood pressure levels before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The results of this study showed that the nursing satisfaction and health knowledge awareness rate of patients in the control group were significantly worse than those in the experimental group.There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before and after nursing,but the improvement of the experimental group was better,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of preventive health care and rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertension can not only improve patients'knowledge of disease,improve bad habits,reduce their blood pressure level,but also help to improve nursing satisfaction,which has good application value.
