强化护理对牙髓炎患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Intensive Nursing on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life of Patients with Pulpitis

目的探究牙髓炎患者应用强化护理对其依从性、生活质量的影响。方法83例牙髓炎患者(纳入时间从2016年9月-2017年9月)为本次研究对象,以数字表随机法将患者分为甲组(n=40,常规护理)、乙组(n=43,常规护理+强化护理),比较两组患者依从率、生活质量评分、疼痛评分及心理状态(焦虑、抑郁)评分。结果乙组患者依从率93.02%高于甲组77.5%,有统计学差异性(2=4.038,P<0.05),两组患者各评分指标护理前数据处理无差异性(P>0.05),护理后,乙组患者生活质量评分高于甲组,疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于甲组,有差异性(P<0.05)。结论牙髓炎患者应用强化护理,可以减轻患者焦虑、抑郁心理及疼痛程度,提高了患者依从率及生活质量,应用价值高。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing on compliance and quality of life of pulpitis patients.Methods 83 patients with pulpitis(from September 2016 to September 2017)were randomly divided into group A(n=40,routine nursing)and group B(n=43,routine nursing+intensive nursing).Comparisons of compliance rate,quality of life,pain score and psychological state(anxiety,depression)were made between the two groups.Results Compliance rate of group B was 93.02%higher than that of group A(77.5%).There was statistical difference(χ^2=4.038,P <0.05).There was no difference in data processing of each score index between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After nursing,the quality of life score of group B was higher than that of group A.Pain score,anxiety score and depression score of group B were lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing for pulpitis patients can alleviate anxiety,depression and pain,improve compliance rate and quality of life,and has high application value.
